Lighting... Architectural photography requires a location photographer who is an expert in lighting. Interior and exterior light is very much a part of today's designed and constructed architecture. As an experienced architectural photographer I balance the natural existing environmental lighting with our own fill lighting. Using this method we can capture the glow from the surrounding lighting fixtures and conditions while adding the necessary light to hold rich detail in the darker shadow areas.
Photographer and Retoucher... clearly an advantage. Having a photographer who is an expert retoucher allows our clients to have several distinct advantages. We all understand the time saving benefits of one-stop-shopping but that is just the beginning. Architectural Photography often benefits greatly from retouching modifications. Telephone wires, stained bricks, burned out light bulbs, are quite manageable with our in-house skilled retouching.
